With a diverse background in healthcare, leadership, and life coaching, I am passionate about empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve sustainable happiness, well-being, and success. My journey has taken me from healthcare to corporate leadership, life coaching, and yoga instruction, where I’ve honed a holistic approach to fostering personal and professional growth.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on the power of human connection, positivity, and mindfulness to create transformative change. From providing compassionate care to women and children as a nurse to mentoring healthcare professionals in underserved regions, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of service, education, and emotional resilience. These experiences have shaped my approach to coaching and consulting, where I integrate evidence-based practices with a focus on movement, mindfulness, and gratitude.

As the founder of Positivity Loves Company LLC, I specialize in helping individuals and organizations create lasting positive change. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, or speaking engagements, I empower clients to unlock their full potential, build confidence, and live with purpose.
